Privacy Policy
This page sets out what data Elvisto collects, how it is used and stored, how long it is kept, which third-party services are involved, and the rights you have over your own data. Elvisto is operated by Masterly Solutions Pvt Ltd, which is responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect: the name, email address and password you give when creating an account; your company name and business website; billing details including country, state and, for Indian business customers, a GST number; and anything sent through the contact form or a support request.
We also hold what the service creates as you use it — the projects and websites you add, the audits run against them, audit results and history, scheduled audits and the addresses nominated to receive reports — together with technical information such as your IP address, a description of your browser and device, sign-in times and active session records.
Payments are handled by Razorpay; card details are entered directly with Razorpay and never reach our servers. We share data with a small number of service providers: Razorpay for payments, Google for Search Console, PageSpeed Insights and the Gemini AI features, DataForSEO for keyword and backlink data, and Cloudflare for serving and protecting the site.
The policy also covers the websites you audit and what the crawler stores, how the AI features work and what is sent to them, our use of browser local storage rather than cookies, how information is kept secure, how long it is retained, the choices and controls available to you, privacy for children, and how changes to the policy are notified.
On security and retention: traffic is encrypted with TLS, passwords are salted and hashed, sign-in tokens are short-lived and an account is limited to one active session. Account information is kept while the account is open, audit data according to the limits of your plan, and invoices and the tax details attached to them for as long as accounting law requires.
