Terms of Service
This page sets out the terms governing use of Elvisto: acceptable use of the crawler, account and subscription terms, billing and refunds, and limitations of liability. Elvisto is operated by Masterly Solutions Pvt Ltd, and the agreement is between you and that company.
Your account: the details you give must be accurate and kept up to date, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account, and the account allows one active session at a time. You may invite other people into your workspace and set what each of them can see and do, and you remain responsible for what they do with that access.
Acceptable use: you may only audit websites you own or have permission to audit on behalf of someone else. Our crawler reads a site’s robots.txt and follows the rules it finds there, but that is not a substitute for your authorisation. You must not crawl in a way that disrupts a site, share an account instead of inviting people to a workspace, resell or redistribute Elvisto without written agreement, or attempt to bypass plan limits or access controls.
Plans and billing: a free plan and several paid plans are offered, each setting limits on audits per month, pages per crawl and number of projects. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are taken by Razorpay, and prices are exclusive of taxes. Cancelling stops future renewals; refunds are considered case by case.
The terms also cover service availability and changes, AI-generated output and the absence of any ranking guarantee, ownership of your content and ours, third-party services, suspension and termination, disclaimers and limitation of liability, and how changes to the terms are notified.
